This year, we went all out with our Summer garden. Our backyard is pretty small, so we made the most of the space by planting along the fence line and using raised beds. In addition to herbs, green beans, sugar snap peas, and cucumbers, we grew 8 varieties of tomatoes and 18 varieties of peppers.
We started our seeds indoors in February under grow lights, and then transplanted them outside during the second week of May.
